Services Provider Agreement
All applicable terms and fines for the dealer, whether airline or hotel, are implemented immediately after the confirmation of booking.
Tickets are issued in English only and must be reviewed with the reservation agent extensively to make sure of the dates and timing of the reservation. In the case of failure to comply with the dates and timing of the reservation, you may lose the value of your booking or be subject to change, fines, and terms of Falcon Travel.
You must review your reservation 48 hours before the travel date to make sure there is no change to the booking date and time.
Levels of service to airlines and hotels vary and differ from one person to another. Some hotel bookings and tickets can't be changed or refunded. Our company is responsible for confirmation and not for the level of service.
Make sure that all travel documents are available and that your travel visa is valid, as well as your passport at least 6 months from the date of travel.
Falcon Travel will be discharged from responsibility for any misuse of the services provided or the loss/damage of tickets. Customers will undertake to pay the value until completing the procedures for recovering its value from the airlines. Falcon Travel will not be responsible for the recovery period which may range between one and one and a half years, and recovery expenses. Falcon Travel will not be held liable for any Airline/Hotel/Car Rental/Company's disruption, closure, or bankruptcy.

تصدر جميع قسائم الخدمات من تذاكر الطيران والفنادق باللغة الإنجليزية، وفي حالة عدم إلتزام العميل بمواعيد وشروط الخدمة يتحمل العميل مسؤولية الغرامات وكافة رسوم إعادة تغيير وإصدار التذاكر والخدمات المعدلة
يفضل مراجعة حجوزاتكم قبل 48 ساعة من موعد السفر تحسباً لحدوث أي تغييرات من قبل شركات الطيران أو الفنادق
تختلف مستويات الخدمة من ناقل إلى ناقل أخر، أو من فندق إلى فندق أخر، في سفريات الصقر تنحصر مسؤوليتنا في تأكيد وضمان حجوزات شركت الطيران والفنادق
ننصحكم بالتأكد من توفر وصلاحية جميع المستندات الخاصة بكم من حجوزات السفر والتأشيرات السياحية
سفريات الصقر لا تتحمل المسؤولية عن أي سوء إستخدام للخدمات المقدمة أو فقدان التذاكر أو إتلافها، ويلتزم العميل بالخسائر المادية حتى يتم إكمال إجراءات إسترداد مبلغ الخدمة من شركات الطيران المعنية، ولن تكون سفريات الصقر مسؤولة عن فترة الإسترداد التي تتراوح بين فترة زمنية قد تمتد لسنة أو أكثر، وبخصوص نفقات الإسترداد لن تتحمل سفريات الصقر المسؤولية عن أي خدمة قدمت من طرفنا لأي شركة طيران/ فندق/ تأجير سيارات/ تعطل/ إغلاق/ إفلاس المورد
