Itinerary

Day 1 – Johannesburg

Upon your arrival at OR Tambo International Airport, a driver will be there to greet you and transport you to your hotel. After checking in, you'll have some leisure time to either relax or venture out to explore Johannesburg at your own pace—it's entirely your choice.

We recommend visiting the Sandton Mall which is connected to the hotel where you can enjoy the variety of restaurants, shops and other forms of entertainment.

Day 2 – Lesedi Cultural Village

After breakfast, the driver will pick you up for a tour of Lesedi Cultural Village. Visitors are welcomed at the Ndebele Village, followed by a multi-sensory presentation on South Africa’s indigenous origins. The tour includes a guided walk through various tribal homesteads and ends with a vibrant dance performance in the Boma, showcasing folklore and rituals through choreography, drums, and song.

Day 3 – Apartheid Museum & Soweto

Embark on a full-day tour exploring South Africa's history at the Apartheid Museum, gaining insights into the struggle for freedom and equality. Then, visit Soweto, a culturally rich township, and key sites like Vilakazi Street, home to Nelson Mandela and Desmond Tutu. This educational and inspiring tour provides a deeper understanding of South Africa's past and present.

Day 4 – Kruger National Park

Traveling from Johannesburg to Kruger National Park transitions from urban life to wilderness, showcasing wildlife-filled landscapes. Upon arrival, visitors enjoy stunning scenery and the chance to see the Big Five. A highlight is the sunset game drive, where guests experience the beautiful colors of the sky while searching for wildlife, enhancing the safari experience.

Day 5 – Kruger National Park

A two-day safari offers an exciting wildlife experience. Mornings feature game drives to see the Big Five, guided by knowledgeable experts. Guests can relax at their lodge between drives, enjoying the peaceful environment. Evenings bring the sounds of the bush, enhancing the experience of the vibrant ecosystem. Overall, a Kruger safari combines adventure, education, and natural beauty.

Day 6 – Panorama Route

Visit the Blyde River Canyon and Bourke’s Luck Potholes, known for stunning views in South Africa. The potholes, at the confluence of the Blyde and Treur rivers, showcase fascinating geological formations. The canyon, the third largest globally, features lush sub-tropical vegetation, is 25 kilometers long, and has an average depth of 750 meters, primarily composed of red sandstone with some of the world's steepest cliffs.
