Tanzania: Pearl Safari & Zanzibar - 10 DAYS TRIP

Itinerary

DAY 1: TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK

Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro Airport, our Iconic safari driver-guide will meet you. Welcome drinks and snacks will be served. After that we will embark on your Tanzanian adventure. The driver will take you to the lodge of your choosing for check in and to freshen up. After that, at your convenience, the driver will take you for your first game drive in Tarangire National Park which is very famous for its large elephant population. Here is the Tarangire River, next to which the mighty baobabs are spread out. Get ready to be greeted at the entrance to the park by large groups of baboons. This park will make you fall in love at first sight.

DAY 2: SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK

Second day of your African experience will start by saying goodbye to Tarangire and saying hello to the most famous National Park in Tanzania - Serengeti. It’s a vast open savannah of the size of almost 15.000 km2. Here be prepared to see the famous Big 5 and many more other animals.

DAY 3: SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK

Today you’ll have a full day of game drives around spectacular Serengeti. Your knowledgeable driver will take you out to explore, and if you’re there at the right time of year, you may even see a Wildebeest Migration. Today you have the option of enjoying a picnic lunch out on safari, or you can break your day into two game drives and spend the afternoon at the luxurious lodge to relax by the pool or partake in afternoon tea with a view of the Serengeti.

DAY 4: NGORONGORO CRATER

Today we will make the final morning game drive before we bid farewell to Serengeti! After we are ready, we proceed to the Ngorongoro Crater Conservation area. This journey will take us a couple of hours, but all these beautiful landscapes will whisk your mind away and time will pass quickly! Once we reach our lodge, you'll be treated to a fresh lunch after which you can relax in your room or by the pool and regain your strength for your next exploration.

DAY 5: NGORONGORO CRATER

After breakfast, you'll start your discovery of Ngorongoro Crater, considered by some to be the Eighth World Wonder of Nature. When you get your first glimpse of this vast, verdant caldera from the panoramic viewpoint, you'll soon understand why it has earned such a lofty reputation. From the comfort of your open-top vehicle, you'll be able to observe and photograph some of Africa's most recognizable faces.

DAY 6: ZANZIBAR

Following a fresh breakfast, we are ready to proceed back to Arusha with a game drive through Ngorongoro Crater en route. The best way to finish your 6-Day Tanzania Pearl Safari is to relax for a few days on a white sandy beach of Zanzibar.

DAY 7-10: ZANZIBAR

After enjoying a couple of days at the beautiful sandy beaches of Zanzibar it’s time to pack up and say goodbye to Africa for now. Our driver will come to collect you at your chosen accommodation and will drop you off at Zanzibar International Airport.
